Everything on this site — service descriptions, guides, glossary entries and the calculators — is general information to help you understand the work. It is not a quote, an estimate, or advice about your specific property.
Only a written quote from us is a quote. If it is not in writing from Emplastrum Drywall for your address and your scope, it is not a price we have given you.
The drywall and paint calculators are planning tools. They estimate materials from the numbers you enter and cannot see your walls, your framing, your waste factor or your finish level. Do not order materials from a calculator result alone.
Where a page mentions fire-rated assemblies, legal suites, permits or similar, it is describing common practice, not ruling on your project. What your build actually requires is determined by the Alberta Building Code, your municipality and your permit — not by this website. Anything structural requires a qualified structural engineer.
When you send us a quote request you confirm the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to request work at that property. How we handle what you send is set out in our Privacy Policy.
The text, photographs, guides and layout of this site belong to Emplastrum Drywall. You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own use. Please do not republish our content as your own.
