What we collect when you ask us for a quote, what we do with it, and how to get it deleted.

Emplastrum Drywall (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and provides residential drywall services in Edmonton and the surrounding area. This policy explains how we handle personal information you give us through this site. It is written to match what the site actually does.
We only collect what you type into our quote form. That is:
We do not ask for, and have no use for, financial information, identification documents, or anything about your household beyond the project itself.
To answer your enquiry, quote your work, and contact you about that project. Nothing else. We do not build marketing lists from quote requests and we do not send newsletters.
Our form will not submit without you ticking the consent box. That consent covers us contacting you by phone, text or email about the project you asked about. You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message from us or emailing the address below, and we will stop.

That is the entire path. We do not sell your information, we do not trade it, and we do not pass it to other trades or lead-buying services.
Running the site and answering enquiries means a small number of companies necessarily handle the data on our behalf: our web host, our email provider, and monday.com as our customer relationship system. They process it only to provide those services to us.
We keep quote requests for as long as we may reasonably need them for the job and for our business records. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will delete it.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we will respond. Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act and Canada's anti-spam legislation both apply to us, and you can complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta if you are not satisfied with our answer.
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not follow you across other websites. Our host may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and diagnostics, as essentially every website does.
This site is for homeowners and trade clients. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change how we handle your information, we change this page and update the date at the top.
